The New Registration Process (Step-by-Step)
There is no online-only application for new users. You must complete a physical survey for biometric verification.
- Step 1: Visit a BISP Tehsil Office: Locate the nearest BISP center in your district. These offices now feature “Dynamic Registration Desks” specifically for new applicants.
- Step 2: Required Documents:
- Original CNIC (must be valid and not expired).
- Children’s NADRA B-Forms (essential for additional Taleemi Wazaif stipends).
- A recent Electricity or Gas bill (to verify your home address).
- A mobile SIM registered in the applicant’s name.
- Step 3: The Interview: A data entry operator will ask about your household (number of rooms, income, assets, etc.) to determine your Poverty (PMT) Score.
